Delivery and Packaging
All products are packaged plastic free as standard. Your garden seeds are sealed for freshness inside white glassine envelopes which are a water/vapour resistant compostable paper product whilst your Microgreen and Sprouting Seeds arrive in resealable zip lock pouches made from GMO free vegetable starch which are further heat sealed to ensure these great products reach you safely!

We're sorry about that and understand your frustration! We would love to offer you a refund or a replacement. Please contact us at hi@growsowgreener.co.uk within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
I ordered the wrong product or simply changed my mind.
No worries, we will refund you the full amount (minus the shipping charges) provided the items are returned in new condition and in original packaging. Once received we will issue your refund however you will be responsible for return shipping costs for non defective products.

I have been sprouting radish seeds successfully for a long time. They are my favourite. It is the first time I have used this supplier. The germination rate is very poor, taking a couple of days to start and leaving over 50% of the seeds ungerminated after 5 days by which time they are starting to go off. Separating the good from the bad is a difficult chore. These must be very old seeds as radish seeds normally have a long life.
The Daikon radish seeds from this supplier have germinated as expected. They quickly overtook the China Rose seeds. I now have most of 1kg of pretty useless, expensive seeds. What a shame.
The seller’s email response unfortunately ended up in my junk bin. I appreciate the offer of replacement and a gift but am wary of the viability of this batch which are apparently this year’s crop.
Hi Catherine and thanks for your purchase. Im sorry the china rose hasnt worked out for you this time and you felt ignored by us due to the wayward return email, its important to us that people grow their own produce at home hassle free!
All our microgreen and sprouting seeds are lab tested for germination purity and pathogens, furthermore we regularly grow test trays for our own consumption at home and have found no problems with the radish, nor any other customer complaints.
As your purchase was made around six months before your complaint i would hazzard a guess your long term seed storage procedure may have contributed to the poor germination (or growing conditions).
Please store your seeds COOL, DARK and DRY, a fridge is perfect and remember if you repeatedly open a cold packet of seeds in a warm humid room, water vapour can condense on the cold seeds making them moist. If this happens repeated it can affect the viability of your seeds.
As a suggestion we recommend not going with the 1kg pack and order 50, 100 or 250g size for home use.
