China Rose radish produces long rosy red roots with a crisp bite and excellent flavour, an excellent versatile winter variety that is dead simple to grow . Sow mid to late summer successively for a continual harvest gracing everything from your salads to stir-fry's.

How to grow Organic China Rose Radish from seed
Sow up to half an inch deep and once germinated thin to allow room for the root to grow and expand, a few inches between is fine. Sow successively every ten to 14 days for a steady crop through the season. We like to interplant between other non root veg making the most of the space.
Lettuce is an extremely easy plant to grow. Apply shade and moisture when the weather is hot, and allow full sun and moisture during the colder months.
What to feed your Radish plants
Radish plants enjoy nitrogen-rich and free draining moist soil, loaded with plenty of organic matter (which also helps retain moisture). A good mix of rotten farmyard manure and fish, blood and bone meal with some volcanic rock dust and kelp powder gives them a rich, balanced and diverse diet for strong organic growth over the season. This diet will also help the plants to form strong, well-developed immunity. By thoroughly preparing the soil with these long-lasting organic fertilisers, you need not continually use conventional fertilizers, which strip your soil of structure and life.
Keeping pests away
Grow Sow Greener is a regenerative gardening company advocating back to the roots tried and tested methods. We don’t recommend the use of or sell any extremely profitable pesticides, herbicides or inorganic fertilizers. They are detrimental to the health of your entire garden ecosystem, from microbe to mammal.
Encourage birds, hedgehogs and toads to take up residence instead, as they are all voracious predators of snails and slugs. Provide a water source as well as shelter and winter food for birds.

All products are packaged plastic free as standard. Your garden seeds are sealed for freshness inside white glassine envelopes which are a water/vapour resistant compostable paper product whilst your Microgreen and Sprouting Seeds arrive in resealable zip lock pouches made from GMO free vegetable starch which are further heat sealed to ensure these great products reach you safely!

My product is damaged defective or you shipped me the wrong product.
We're sorry about that and understand your frustration! We would love to offer you a refund or a replacement. Please contact us at hi@growsowgreener.co.uk within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
I ordered the wrong product or simply changed my mind.
No worries, we will refund you the full amount (minus the shipping charges) provided the items are returned in new condition and in original packaging. Once received we will issue your refund however you will be responsible for return shipping costs for non defective products.
